Cancellation Policy

• Minimum booking: 1 hour
• Booking confirmed only after advance payment
• Session time starts from your booked time, not your arrival time
• Extra time is billed in 30-minute blocks
• Rescheduling allowed with at least 24 hours' notice
• Editing turnaround is communicated before you book
• No refund on late cancellation or no-show
