• Hourly bookings (Solo Creator, Professional Podcast, Complete Podcast): advance payments are non-refundable on a late cancellation or no-show. See the Cancellation Policy for the notice period.
• Creator Packages: Valid for 90 days from purchase · Prepaid · Non-transferable · Unused hours are non-refundable.
